Foundations of Strategic Management
Diana Gale, David Harrison, Jim Reid
Foundations of Strategic Management will provide specific tools and frameworks to help participants better approach managerial challenges and opportunities. Through a personal leadership assessment and the development of an action plan, participants will create concrete strategies to bring back to their organization. Designed for mid- to senior-level managers, this course will engage participants in seeing "the big picture," and provide the necessary tools to tackle complex issues.
