The National Science Foundation (NSF) recently awarded Ann Bostrom, the National Center for Atmospheric Research, and the University of Colorado a joint grant for $145,850 to develop an integrated understanding of weather emergency warning systems and processes with a focus on hurricanes and flash floods.
