Over the last month, Zbigniew Bochniarz has given two presentations and four seminars Montenegro.
The two presentations were given at the 17th NISPAcee Annual Conference in Budva, Montenegro, and include:
- "Reforming Public Administration and its Strategic Partnering for Sustainable Communities: Lessons Learned and Challenges Ahead"
- "Converting Crisis into Development Opportunities"
The four seminars were given at the University of Montenegro in Podgorica, and include:
- "Microeconomics of Competitiveness (MOC): An Overview and Prospects for Montenegro"
- "MOC: Regional Implementations and Impacts in U.S.A. and Poland"
- "Central Eastern Europe - Twenty Years of Transformation: Achievements, Sustainability, Challenges"
- "Converting Crisis into Development Opportunities: The Call for Leadership"
Bochniarz's trip to Montenegro was made possible by grant funding.
