Senior foreign diplomat, Ruth A. Kurzbauer will be the featured speaker at a session, "State Department: A Life in Foreign Service." Ms. Kurzbauer will discuss life and work in the foreign service. She is currently Foreign Service Assessor, Board of Examiners; formerly Global Affairs Officer, East Asia Bureau; Cultural Affairs Officer, Beijing; Political Officer and Vice Consul, U.S. Consulate General, Toronto; Vice Consul, U.S. Embassy, Manilla, Philippines.
