The World Affairs Council will be hosting a pre-event reception with Paul Collier. Paul Collier is a Professor of Economics at Oxford University specializing in the political economy of democracy, economic growth in Africa, aid, globalization, poverty and the economics of civil war. This reception is by ticket only. Please see website for more information.
The reception will be immediately followed by a lecture with Professor Collier in Kane Hall.
