The panel discussion will speak about the challenges and opportunities facing Sound Transit's expansion of services in Bellevue. Panelists include Don Billen, manager of Sound Transit, Jessica Powers, development associate for Wright Runstad and Company and Dan Stroh, planning director for the city of Bellevue. The moderator of the panel discussion will be Dan Carlson.
