An Assessment of Important Issues Concerning the Application of Benefit-Cost Analysis to Social Policy
This paper addresses general considerations in conducting a BCA of social programs, the need for principles and standards for social programs and addiction in particular and point out any special problems facing those doing BCA in the field of addiction. Insofar as possible, this paper suggests an ideal methodology.
